It was back in 2007, in that year we were bringing our small but important project to light:
strive every day to improve by putting our creativity, charisma, making sacrifice to the point of becoming today, THE SPECIALISTS OF SANIZZO BREAD, capable thanks to their desire, to change the culinary world.

Exactly on November 12, 2007, the curtain finally rose on Panino Genuino, which over the years would transform into the all-Calabrian format of Mi ‘Ndujo.

We jokingly like to call it
“our little show food”
because from the very beginning we chose to have no secrets, working in front of your eyes so that you could see the making of your Sandwich in great detail.

Our mission is to succeed not only in satisfying the need to eat out but, above all, to make for our clients the moment of nutrition a true act of knowledge, exploration and exaltation of the homegrown product, strictly Calabrian PDO, which from the earth comes in short steps into the hands of the
consumer.

In a nutshell, mindful eating with taste, as in each composition there is the skillful fusion of what has always been the excellence of our land.

The tradition and authenticity of the ingredients used, blends with the modernity of the idea of a freshly baked sandwich, served in convenient packaging ready to be eaten at the moment or taken home, all strictly plastic free.

Our dough, made in the store in front of customers’ eyes, comes from a recipe handed down from generation to generation.

Mi’Ndujo has planned, on a solid foundation, an ambitious development project.

The implementation of the investment and development project that will lead to the expansion of Mi’Ndujo outlets throughout Italy and later in Europe.
